ONE-METRE YACHTS

The sailing programme for 2009 is:

April 12th & 26th

May 10th & 24th

June 7th & 21st

July 12th & 26th

August 9th & 23rd

September 6th & 20th

All subject to weather. On the water by 10.00 a.m. No. of laps and course to be decided on the day

SCALE STEERING

In previous years some of the club members tried their hand at  SWAMBC scale steering, with some pretty good results. All the info and some pictures are on the scale steering page.

Try our Loaner Boats

Fancy having a go at model boating, but don't want to go to the expense of buying a boat only to find you don't like it? Then we may have the answer try one of our loaner boats. Due to many members of the public asking to have a go with our own boats, we decided to build four small fun boats to lend out so people could try their hand at the hobby and they are proving to be very popular with the public and club members alike. so come and have a go they're not called fun boats for nothing!
